ABOUT THE TRAINING

                           

My purpose is to significantly increase the probability of you succeeding in the Real Estate business.  Unfortunately, Real Estate is a profession that more than 80% will not be in the business two years from the day they start.  The flip side is that Real Estate does not have to be an unsuccessful venture for you.  With the right training, provided you are willing to learn, follow instructions, focus and commit, you can excel.

It is my belief that the training you recieve to get a Texas Real Estate License should be more than providing you with the knowledge to pass the Real Estate exam. Yes , the material you are required to demonstrate competency in by the Texas Real Estate Commission is important and you will learn this in my school.  What is also very important to learn is how to exceed and excel in the Real Estate business.  You will learn this from my Licensing courses and other courses made available to you through my schools.

I know the business inside and out and learned it from experience, great teachers and HARD KNOCKS.  I emphasize hard knocks because it is important that you hear about my failures as well as my successes.  Throughout my teachings, I tell you both the good and the bad; what worked and what didn’t work.  I want  to help you avoid as many mistakes as possible, yet learn from those you have already made and are going to make.  My goal is for you to perfect your listing, investing and selling techniques and build into your business the effective use of technology, all leading to your personal and financial success.

For the last 23 years, I have enjoyed a successful but also challenging career as a Top Producing Agent for 11 years and as Broker/Owner/Trainer for 12 years for a 5 office Real Estate Company in the North Texas area.  I have trained 100’s of successful agents in the business.  I bring to you not only my own experience in business, but also experiences of many of the GREAT REALTORS® OF THE WORLD, who produce over $1,000,000 annually in commissions.  I also bring to you a perspective from the GREAT TRAINERS OF THE WORLD.  Many times I have studied and attended the courses presented by Floyd Wickman, Mike Ferry, Jim Droz, Walter Sanford, Jim Rohn, Roger Butcher, Joe Stump, Craig Forte, Anthony Robbins, Craig Proctor and others, including: NAR, TAR, TREC, ABR, ASR, CRB, CRS, and GRI Instructors...far too many to mention by name. 

Along with meeting the Texas Licensing requirements, my programs focus on the “BEST of the BEST” Real Estate Listing, Selling and Wealth Building techniques.  I have removed the fluff and stuff, smoke and mirrors to bring to you a fun, hard hitting, straight to the point real estate training program.
